The old city is an immense maze of folkloristic alleys that alternate with lively markets where you can breathe the life and gastronomy of this village that has strongly undergone the Arab influence so as to be deeply characterized in its culture. In this immense Qasba, you will then have the opportunity to savor the genuine local gastronomy, where the authentic focaccia and the famous panzerotto dominate without rivals.
